Hi, the Fang of Sseth prestige class gives Snatch arrows to the character without prerequisites, butnothing in the feat description indicates that it does anything without Deflect arrows, since it says : "When using the Deflect arrows feat,". Does it also grants you the Deflect arrows feat, or the effect? Or does it do nothing?
