Added (from Abilities and Conditions):
- " A spellcaster with low-light vision can read a scroll as long as even the tiniest candle flame is next to her as a source of light."
Wrong link[edit]
Link at the bottom of the entry is for "Back to Main Page → 3.5e Open Game Content → System Reference Document → Combat Rules." I could not find any reference to Low-Light Vision in the combat rules.
It should instead link to "Back to Main Page → 3.5e Open Game Content → System Reference Document → Special Abilities."
