HOW TO MATH AND A SIMPLE D&D BASIC RULE![edit]
- In D&D your attack is determined by taking your BAB and adding your strength modifier, or dexterity if you are attacking at with ranged attack or have the weapon finesse feat.
- Basic maths teaches us that (23-10)/2=6 which is our strength. And 8+6=14 for our attack bonus, not the mentioned 13.
