Rune of Healing
Conjuration (Healing)
Level: Major
Components: S, M
Casting time: One Round
Range: Touch
Target: One Item
Duration: 24 Hours
Saving Throw: Yes (Fortitude, Harmless)
Spell Resistance: No
  • Language: Celestial or Druidic
  • Prerequisite: 13 Ranks in Knowledge(Religion) or 14 Ranks in Knowledge(Planes) or 13 Ranks in Knowledge (Nature), Rune of Mending, Rune of Healing

At first when applied this rune remains inactive until a predetermined key word is spoken, at such a time the target's body begins to regenerate any and all broken or missing limbs over the course of 1d7 days. During this time you are considered fatigued, but when finished you are completely healed. Does not function as a healing spell by itself and requires that you be missing a significant limb or greater (for example a hand), but also does not work on the deceased. If used on someone mortally wounded, they are stabilized only once at the initial start of the rune's regeneration process.

This process may be interrupted if the target is subject to an Anti-magic field or similar effect, at which time the rune must be reapplied and activated or they will simply stop healing where it was ended leaving them with any current deformities or injuries.
