Regeneration. The deer regains 20 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point.

Aura of neutralization. Round Deer tries to counteract all spells and cursed techniques. When a creature applies the spell/cursed technique to a target within 30 feet of the Round Deer or is itself 30 feet away from Round Deer, Round Deer can make an ability check using it's Charisma with DC equals 10 + the spell's level or 10 + half of Jujutsu Sorcerer level of creature (for cursed techniques). On a success, the creature's spell/cursed technique fails and has no effect or the spell/cursed techniques ends.

ACTIONS

Antlers. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage and 7 (2d6) radiant damage. This radiant damge is doubled when used against undead and monstrosities.

Reverse Cursed Technique (Recharge 5-6). Each creatures selected by Round Deer in a 30-foot radius regains 27 (5d8 + 5) hit points. Undeads and monstrosities do not benefit from this recovery. Instead, undeads and monstrosities must succeed on DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or get as much radiant damage as they would recover.

Sukuna summoning Round Deer, [1]

Round deer is a large deer with four eyes, and marks below its lower pair. Its ears are above its antlers, and a symbol on the left side of its neck resembles the Jewel of Resuscitation.
The user can summon this shikigami with the Ten Shadows Technique by using their hands and fingers to form the shadow puppet of a deer's head.
