Rosy Pox Level 21 Disease
The Compass Rose has ousted you from the Order of the Compass. Now you are covered in a terrible red pox that feels like it is burrowing into your mind.
Stage 0: The target recovers from the disease. However, the pox leaves permanent scars on the target's skin that anybody from the Order of the Compass can identify.
Stage 1: Itchiness. The target cannot take opportunity actions.
Stage 2: Restlessness. As above, and the target only regains half of its lost hit points and healing surges after an extended rest.
Stage 3: Obsession. As above, and the target gains vulnerable 10 psychic.
Check: At the end of each extended rest, the target makes an Endurance check if it is at stage 1 or 2. 18 or Lower: The stage of the disease increases by 1. 19 - 25: No change. 26 or Higher: The stage of the disease decreases by 1.
