Role of the Heroes (Rabetea Supplement)

Heroes come from a variety of places. Most often they are members of a community of survivors that left their bunker three decades ago. Some members of the community could be mutants. Other character may be Demi-human (non-fantasy demi-humans), a Paranormal (types of fantasy races), or genetically engineered Moreau. Even rarer character backgrounds include alien, alien hybrids, and sleepers.

The campaign centers around southwest North Dakota and northwest South Dakota. The Badlands are picturesque. The Bakken lies north of Pulkaht Bluff (Rabetea Supplement). Most trade partners (settlements) lie several days’ travel from each other. The journey is dangerous.
