Riproarer (5e Creature)
Riproarer[edit]
Gargantuan monstrosity, unaligned Armor Class 19 (natural armor)
Proficiency Bonus +6 Bulldozer. The riproarer can move through a hostile creature's space if the creature is Huge or smaller. Moving through another creature's space doesn't count as difficult terrain for the riproarer, and it can end its turn in another creature's space. If the riproarer moves through another creature's space or ends its turn there, the creature is pushed out into the nearest empty space, and it must succeed on a DC 19 Strength saving throw or take 21 (6d6) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't knocked prone. ACTIONSMultiattack. The riproarer makes two attacks: one with its slam and one with its bite. It then uses Dispatch Teeth, if available. Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 46 (9d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 19 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one prone creature. Hit: 48 (12d6 + 6) piercing damage. Dispatch Teeth (Recharge 6). The riproarer releases 5 (2d4) of its teeth, which immediately become riproarer teeth in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the riproarer. The teeth act under the riproarer's control. The riproarer can have no more than twelve teeth under its control at one time.

Riproarers are gargantuan dentillians native to the forests of Calavera. They climb along the branches of enormous trees and devour anything slow enough to remain in its path. If threatened by another creature, it can collapse its mouth to bite them or unleash its teeth to fly outward at them. |
