Rioters are common humanoid rabble, sometimes gathered by a charismatic leader, other times just looking for trouble. They are very weak, but have large numbers.

A Rioter is a Medium or Small humanoid of any common species.

Rioter Tactics[edit]

A Rioter stays close to its allies to benefit from Mob Rule. If applicable, it will try to defend the leader. Other than that, they just try to club or cut enemies to death.

Rioter Lore[edit]

A character knows the following information with Common Sense.

Common Sense: Rioters are thugs or even just normal people, incited to rage and armed with whatever they happen to pick up.

Common Sense: Rioters often congregate around a charismatic leader who whipped up the violent tendencies of normal folk.

Encounter Groups[edit]

Rioters are almost never found in groups less than 8. They usually follow one Normal or Elite monster into combat.
