Righteous Sandstorm (3.5e Power)

This power takes one round to build up speed, but it then allows the manifester to whip up a sandstorm, magically enhancing the sand particles to do an intense amount of damage to undead. For the three rounds it is active, anything within the Area of Effect (up to fifty square feet, though the manifester may make it smaller) takes 20d4 damage. This counts as a +5 magical weapon to determine what it is capable of attacking. The manifester may move the sandstorm within the spell's range and duration, as well as alter its size to avoid hitting innocents, and she must concentrate to maintain it for the entire four rounds.
Undead who are caught within the Righteous Sandstorm take double damage.
