Rift Elf (5e Subrace)

Rift Elves are a fairly new species of elf, dating back only 3000 years. These elves live in the rift between worlds… the place where Rift Wardens draw their power from and open gates to… Rift Elves have dark purple or blue skin that often shimmers. Their hair and eyes are black, purple, blue, dark blue or green all of these colours often have white flecks in them.
Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Rift Magic. You know the cantrips Chill Touch and Blade Ward. At 3rd level, you are able to cast the 1st level spell Slight Rift at will. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Born of Rift. Your blood is all black and purply coloured with flecks of white every now and then. Anyone who sees your blood will instantly know what you are and will be slightly afraid. To anyone who has seen your blood, you have disadvantage on persuasion checks but advantage on intimidation checks unless they are a monster.
Rift Wings. You have a pair of dark, star splattered wings. With them you have a flying speed of 25ft.
