Returning axes are throwing axes except they will return to the user if they miss their target like a boomerang. If the axe misses the target and the user has at least 1 free hand, the user can make a Reflex save (DC 13). A success means the user grabs the axe and can use it again. If the user fails, the axe lands 1d3 squares away from the user (Use 1d8 to determine the landing square).
