The gaze of the retriever launches bolts of fire at your foes.
Encounter  Arachane, Fire, Implement
Standard Action	Ranged 20
Target: One, two or three creatures
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex, one attack per target.
Hit: 3d6 + Charisma modifier fire damage, and ongoing 2 fire damage (save ends).
Special: If you target only one creature with this power, you gain a +4 power bonus to the attack roll.
