A psi Technique that fills yourself or an ally with resolve.

Keywords:Psi, Healing

Benefit: You can use resta as an encounter power.

Overcharge: When you use this power, roll d20.
♦10+: The power's range becomes Close burst 5, and heals hit points equal to the target's bloodied value.
♦9 or less: The target must take a Total Defense with their next available standard action.

With a wave of Psi energy, you are filled with determination.
Encounter  Psi, Healing
Minor Action	Close burst 1
Target: You or one ally in burst
Effect: The target regains hit points equal to twice your level.
