You can call yourself creatures or objects that fits the conditions of target from above, regardless of distance or plane. You can also teleport anywhere any creatures or objects in your sight, but you can't join them using this spell. All you need to have to call someone or something from distance is their name or their physical description. If you trying to teleport someone or something in your eyesight to place you never saw at least once or at least been described to you in detail, they disappear and simply reappear in their original location. There is no chance to mishap while using this spell.
