Magic Weapons. The reccos ohnid'lanor's weapon attacks are magical.

Siege Monster. The reccos ohnid'lanor deals double damage to objects and structures.

Solvent Gaze. When a creature starts its turn with line of sight to the reccos ohnid'lanor, or enters the reccos ohnid'lanor's line of sight for the first time on its turn, that creature takes 25 (10d4) acid or necrotic damage (the ohnid'lanor's choice). If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points by this damage, its body begins to melt, and each failed death saving throw made by the creature counts as two failures for as long as it remains in sight of the reccos ohnid'lanor. If a creature dies within sight of the reccos ohnid'lanor, its body fully dissolves into a puddle of organic sludge equal in size to the dead creature, which counts as difficult terrain.
The reccos ohnid'lanor has ten eyes. If an attack hits the reccos ohnid'lanor's head, which is normally 100 feet above the ground and has an AC of 19, one of the reccos ohnid'lanor's eyes is forced shut, and the damage of its Solvent Gaze feature is reduced by 1d4 for each closed eye to a minimum of 0. When the reccos ohnid'lanor starts its turn with one or more eyes closed, it may make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw to reopen 1d6 closed eyes. When the ohnid'lanor has no eyes open, it is blinded until an eye is opened.

Legendary Resistance (4/Day). If the reccos ohnid'lanor fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The reccos ohnid'lanor makes five attacks: two with its stomp, two with its slam and one with its fist. In place of one melee weapon attack, it can use its bite. In place of two melee weapon attacks, it can use its sweep

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 37 (6d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage. If the ohnid'lanor is grappling a target in the hand it uses to use its Slam, the grappled target takes 18 (4d8) bludgeoning damage.

Fist. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage and if the target is Large or smaller, it is grappled (escape DC 20). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained. The reccos ohnid'lanor has two hands, each of which can grapple one target.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 37 (6d8 + 10) piercing damage. If the target is grappled or restrained by the reccos ohnid'lanor, the attack automatically hits.

Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 20 ft., either one target or two targets of medium size or smaller adjacent to each other. Hit: 37 (6d8 + 9) bludgeoning damage. If the reccos ohnid'lanor hits a target with this attack, it may move to occupy the target's space before the end of its turn, pinning the target under its foot if the reccos ohnid'lanor ends its turn there. A pinned target is grappled and restrained (escape DC 24) until the reccos ohnid'lanor lifts the foot it used for that stomp attack.

Sweep. Each creature of the reccos ohnid'lanor's choice within 20 feet of the reccos ohnid'lanor must make a DC 24 Strength saving throw. A creature takes 27 (4d8 + 9) bludgeoning damage on a failure and is knocked prone, but takes half as much damage and is not knocked prone on a success.

Suckle. The reccos ohnid'lanor places its palms and soles upon the earth and sucks up the organic sludge absorbed by the soil. Any puddles of organic sludge created by this creature's Solvent Gaze feature vanish and no longer count as difficult terrain, and the reccos ohnid'lanor recovers a number of hit points equal to 10 times the number of spaces that were covered in organic sludge. Until the start of the reccos ohnid'lanor's next turn, its head is considered 35 feet above the ground.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Focus Gaze. The reccos ohnid'lanor aims all its eyes at one creature it can see. The targeted creature immediately receives acid or necrotic damage (the reccos ohnid'lanor's choice) equal to the reccos ohnid'lanor's Solvent Gaze ability.
Rush. The reccos ohnid'lanor makes one slam or fist attack. If no target is in reach, the ohnid'lanor may move up to 100 feet towards the nearest creature it can see before making the attack.

The uniting of the halves of a living cataclysm, the Reccos and the Ohnid'Lanor, give rise to this horrifying aberration. Twice as tall as even the titans that tower over the giants, the reccos ohnid'lanor is a living disaster, leaving barren wastelands of dirt and rock in its wake. The ten blue eyes across its round and otherwise featureless head constantly bathe the landscape for a mile in every direction in a red light that breaks down all living matter into liquid sustenance. Every plant and animal, from the greatest dragon to the puniest mushroom spore, is dissolved into sludge and absorbed into the beyond-titanic aberration's four mouths, located in the palms of its hands and the soles of its feet.
Though this creature alone is capable of causing so much horror and woe, it is to be noted that for every Ohnid'Lanor in the Far Realm, there is a Reccos, and there are not a small number of either. Fortunately, the halves never meet without the influence of outside forces, and the ability to drag them together or even into the material plane is one even the gods find a difficult task. The question that any aware of this creature or it's constituents would ask is as such: "What could possibly cut this thing in half in the first place?"
