Maneuvers (3/Short or Long Rest). The rat can use the following maneuvers.

Down. When the rat hits a creature with a weapon attack, if the target is Large or smaller, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Feint. On the rat's turn as a bonus action, it can choose a creature within 5 feet of it as a target. It has advantage on its first attack roll against that creature this turn.

Pack Tactics. The rat has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the rat's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The rat makes two attacks: one with its shortsword and one with its hook and rope.

Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage and 5 (2d4) poison damage.

Hook and Rope. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 15/30 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it must succeed on a Strength contest against the rat or be pulled up to 20 feet toward the rat.
