Background[edit]

Earthbound Rakshasas are a sect of Rakshasas which have forsaken the ways of most Rakshasas in order to live in amongst Demihuman societies. By forsaking their ways they have become mortal and lost much of their power but not all, they have also become more adaptable and are thus able to fit into Human and Demihuman societies. True Rakshasas treat the Earthbound variants as heretics and traitors and will hunt them on sight.


Physical Description[edit]

Earthbound Rakshasas look very much like True Rakshasas which are humanoid tigers with backwards hands. The Earthbound variants appear more bestial and are also bigger with heights ranging between 6-9ft tall and weighing around 200-400lbs. Their Fur colors range from orange, white and black.


Special Advantages[edit]

60' Infravision, Low light vision, Claw/Claw/Bite(1d4/1d4/1d4), Cast wizard spells as 4 levels higher, Create Illusions as per spell, Base AC4, *Intimidating Roar, Base movement rate 15

(*)Intimidating Roar: All within 30' radius must save vs spell or become fearful of the Rakshasa for 1d4 rounds


Special Disadvantages[edit]

Monstrous Appearance, Backward hands, -2 to reaction checks because of Rakshasa kinship, considered large


Other Information[edit]

Lifespan 18-800 years

Most Earthbounds have forsaken their evil ways and are good aligned, PC's may be any alignment except evil.
