Quiet Type, Simple Phrase

You don't say much...
Benefit: You speak in simple one or two word sound bites. A number of times per day Equal to 1+ your Wisdom modifier (minimum of one), your choice of words are so perfect that they add a +3 to one Diplomacy, Bluff, or Intimidate check.
Drawback: Because you can speak only in one or two word phrases, anytime you choose not to activate your perfect choice of words imposes a -3 penalty to the check.
Special: Spell casters must take Silent Spell in order to cast spells with verbal components.
Roleplaying Ideas: Either way, your character is quiet. Whether she is shy and passively observes the world around her or she actively chooses silence as a way freely hear what others say, your character is usually to back of the party, allowing the more dynamic and loud characters to create a screen you can hide behind.
