You spread your attuned sand into a cloud of empowered dust. You may move the cloud 10 feet once per round as a move action. Creatures must hold their breath when moving through it or trigger the cloud. Once even a tiny amount is inhaled the entire cloud will flow into the creature and, by using the bloodstream, enter into all of its muscles. Once entered, you may control the creature's movements, allowing you to force it to attack with jerky strikes or walk awkwardly. You may not force the creature to take mental actions.

Each round, for the rest of the duration after being inhaled, you may have the creature take either a standard or move action. It's move speed is halved and it takes -4 to all rolls. This is because the sand is only just now taking root in the target's movements. Forcing the affected creature to do any of this is a move action.

After 2 rounds of being inhaled, the sand has much greater control over the affected creatures muscles. It moves 5' slower than its normal speed. If this would not let it move, then it moves its normal speed. Also, it takes -2 rather than -4 to all its rolls.

After 4 rounds, the sand is completely embedded throughout all the creature's muscles and you may force it to move at its normal move speed and it takes no deductions to rolls.Also, the sand has entered the creature's vocal chords allowing you to keep it from speaking.

After 6 rounds, the sand is accustomed to moving the creature and you may force the creature to take a standard action and a move action, or 2 move actions, each round without any penalties due to this technique, pain, blindness, or the such as long as you can see what is happening.

Once the duration has ended, your Attuned Sand forcefully leaves the subject's body. The target takes 2d4 Constitution damage but may Fortitude save for half.

You may move the cloud a greater distance each round by spending 2 technique points for each 5' over the normal 10 you wish to move it. This is done when moving a cloud and may be done any number of times without adding to the total additional technique points used on this technique.

Once each round, before the cloud has been inhaled, you may spend an additional 2 technique points to extend the duration of the cloud by 1 round as a free action.

You may spend no more than twice your technician level in additional technique points on this technique.

Note: This spell isn't part of all Sandbender's Technique List, you can only learn this Technique if you have the Wielder of the Red Sands Class Feature.
