These interesting Felids are skilled hunters, hiders, and more. They know how to get around in nature, yet not so much in civilization.

Pumas as muscular, yet slender

Attitudes and Beliefs[edit]
Pumas are not big fans of civilization, other humanoids, of structures. They prefer to chill in nature.
Puma Names[edit]
Male: Spot, Oreo, Navera, Scalia
Female: Majora, Rivera, Rakana, Refiki
Puma Traits[edit]
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2.
Age. Pumas reach maturity at about 15 years, and live to be around 95.
Alignment. Most Pumas are Neutral, and don't want in on much action with others.-->
Size. Pumas vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to about 7 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 40 feet, swimming 20, and climbing 25.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Cat's Claws. Your claws can be used as weapons. 1d4 slashing + your Dexterity or Strength modifier.
Natural Instincts. Choose a skill to be proficient in: Acrobatics, Athletics, Perception, Stealth, or Survival.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
Subrace. Choose between Mountain Puma, Forest Puma, and Desert Puma.
Mountain Puma[edit]
Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 1.
Mountain Leapers. You can jump up to 40 feet in length. You can't use this trait again after a short or long rest.
Forest Puma[edit]
Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Tree Scaler. You base climbing speed increases to 30 feet.
Desert Puma[edit]
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Desert Menace. While fighting in sand, your base walking speed increases to 50 feet.
