Physical Description[edit]

The Primordial Descendants of the Big Bang possess an unstable and ever-changing physical form. Their bodies are not made of flesh and bone but of pure primordial matter, shifting between a humanoid appearance and a cosmic display of raw energy. Throughout their existence, they can alter their shape at will, adapting to different environments and needs.

Notable Features:

Fluid Body: Their appearance can range from a luminous, fluctuating energy being to a solid figure with defined details. Their "skin" (if they choose to have one) can take on impossible colors and textures, reflecting the essence of the primordial universe.

Stellar Eyes: Their eyes seem to contain miniature galaxies, glowing with distant lights and reflecting the vastness of the cosmos. Sometimes, these lights intensify with their emotions or powers.

Elemental Aura: Being composed of pure elemental energy, their presence subtly alters their surroundings—air may vibrate, water may ripple, or the ground may emit comforting warmth or chilling cold.

Variable Height and Size: They can be Small or Medium in size but have the ability to grow and change their size over time, reaching colossal dimensions at higher levels.

Cosmic Voice: When they speak, their voices can sound deep and reverberant, as if a choir of ancient echoes speaks through them, or they can take on a completely natural tone, depending on their preference.

Adaptive Limbs: They can modify the shape of their arms and legs to enhance mobility, extending them to reach distant places or reshaping them into more efficient structures for climbing, digging, or swimming.

Due to their malleable nature and connection to the essence of the universe, each Primordial Descendant of the Big Bang is unique, their appearance reflecting the cosmic energy from which they were created.

History[edit]

At the beginning, when the universe was nothing more than a whirlwind of chaotic energy and infinite possibilities, the Big Bang occurred—the primordial explosion that gave rise to matter, light, and time. In that instant, as cosmic forces intertwined in a frenzy of creation, tiny sparks of pure energy emerged, fragments of the universe’s essence. These unexpected and unrepeatable sparks condensed to form the Primordial Offspring of the Big Bang.

According to cosmic legends, at the threshold of time, when the laws of physics were still being written, primordial energy gathered in a corner of the void, a sanctuary hidden within the very heartbeat of the cosmos. There, in that scene of chaos and creation, matter and energy merged in an unforeseen way, giving rise to beings with an inherent connection to all the elements: fire, water, earth, air, light, darkness, and more. These beings were conceived as the living manifestation of the beginning of everything—a tangible echo of the moment when existence emerged from the abyss.

They were not created by any deity or conscious force but emerged from the very nature of the universe. Their existence is both a cosmic accident and a key piece in the intricate tapestry of universal destiny. Their rarity stems from the fact that only in the precise and fleeting moment of the Big Bang do the necessary conditions come together for them to be born. Each Primordial Offspring is unique, an anomaly in the fabric of the cosmos, capable of manipulating the essence of creation.

As the universe expanded and became ordered, most of these beings faded away or dispersed, unable to remain in a world governed by such rigid physical laws. However, a few managed to stabilize and anchor themselves in reality, becoming custodians of power as vast as the very origin of the universe. These wandering beings traverse planes and dimensions, reminding all that the universe is nothing more than a stage for eternal energies in constant transformation.

Thus, the story of the Primordial Offspring of the Big Bang is the story of creation itself: a reminder that at the core of every star, every planet, and every breath of life lies the spark of the beginning— a primordial energy that will never be extinguished as long as the cosmos exists.

Attitudes and Beliefs

The Primordial Offspring of the Big Bang hold a perspective unlike any other being in the multiverse. Having emerged from the very moment of creation, they do not perceive time, space, or existence in the same way as mortals or even gods. Their beliefs and attitudes are shaped by their innate connection to the universe’s origin, making them enigmatic entities with a deep and cosmic wisdom.

A Detached Perspective on Time

For a Primordial Offspring, time is a mere construct—an illusion imposed by lesser beings to create order in a chaotic reality. They do not age, and they do not perceive the passage of time in a linear fashion. To them, past, present, and future are all layers of the same existence, constantly shifting and overlapping. This makes them patient beyond comprehension, as well as unpredictable, since they may act based on knowledge from a future they have already foreseen.

The Eternal Search for Understanding

Despite their immense knowledge, many Primordial Offspring feel a deep curiosity about the nature of existence. Unlike deities, who often seek worship or dominion, these beings are more akin to cosmic wanderers, observing, learning, and sometimes intervening in events they deem significant. Their motivations are often inscrutable to mortals, as they do not act out of morality, but rather a desire to maintain or alter the balance of the universe.

Elemental Duality: Creation and Destruction

As beings of pure elemental energy, Primordial Offspring understand that destruction is just as important as creation. They do not see fire as merely an agent of devastation, but as a force of renewal. Likewise, they recognize that death is not an end, but a transformation into something new. This makes them neutral in many cosmic conflicts, unwilling to take sides unless the balance of existence itself is at stake.

Aloof, Yet Protective

Though they rarely form attachments, some Primordial Offspring develop a sense of duty toward civilizations or individuals they find interesting. These rare bonds can last for centuries or be fleeting, depending on how the entity perceives its purpose in that moment. Some have been known to protect worlds from destruction, while others merely observe as entire galaxies fade into oblivion.

The Weight of Existence

Being one of the last remnants of the Big Bang is both a privilege and a burden. Many Primordial Offspring feel an existential loneliness, knowing that they were born in an instant that will never come again. Some embrace their solitude, wandering eternally without care, while others seek companionship in mortals, fascinated by their fleeting but passionate lives.

Ultimately, the beliefs of each Primordial Offspring are as unique as the forces that shaped them. Some become scholars of the cosmos, others become warriors of entropy and renewal, and a few even attempt to create new forms of life, hoping to replicate the moment that gave them existence. Yet, no matter what path they take, they always remain a living echo of the universe’s birth—a reminder that everything began from nothing, and that nothing can become everything.

Description[edit]

The Primordial Offspring of the Big Bang are extremely rare entities, for they are born at the exact moment of a universe's inception. They are beings of pure elemental energy condensed into a constantly shifting, ever-changing form, whose existence is an anomaly in the fabric of the cosmos. Due to their nature, their presence in the material plane is often fleeting, as their bodies are not designed to remain in a world structured and governed by limiting physical laws. However, those who manage to stabilize themselves in reality can become some of the most powerful beings in the multiverse. They are sought after by gods, archmages, and primordial entities, who desire to capture their essence to access the secrets of the origin of the cosmos. For this reason, most Primordial Offspring are wanderers, avoiding the attention of those who see them as tools or sources of power.

Primordial Form[edit]

From the moment of your birth, your existence defies the very laws of reality. Your body is not bound by the restrictions of the material world, allowing you to move with an inhuman fluidity. You can pass through solid objects as effortlessly as a ray of light passes through glass, manifesting within shadows or at the heart of a storm without the slightest effort.

Your essence is malleable. With a mere thought, your body can expand or contract, adapting to any environment or situation. You can shrink to avoid prying eyes or grow to inspire fear and respect in those around you.

Elemental power flows through your veins like second nature. You require no grimoires or arcane chants—the magic of creation itself courses through you. You can summon fire, ice, wind, and lightning as easily as others breathe, manipulating the elements with innate mastery.

Your skin resists the forces that once shaped the universe. Fire barely grazes you, cold does not weaken you, and electricity dances upon your form without harm. As a being born from the Big Bang, the rules of the physical world are mere obstacles that you can bypass with ease.

Air, earth, water, and fire are nothing more than extensions of your will. With a single thought, you can make a flame flicker, a current of water shift its course, or the wind blow in your favor. At first, these manifestations are subtle, but over time, your control over matter and energy will become absolute.

When you enter combat, each of your blows is more than a mere impact—it is the fury of the elements manifesting in their purest form. Your touch can be as scorching as magma, as freezing as the void of space, or as devastating as a lightning storm. At will, you can infuse each attack with the power of creation itself, shaping energy to suit each enemy and situation.

Your mastery over elemental energy is reflected in the precision and lethality of your attacks. Whether at close or long range, you project your will with a force that defies mortal comprehension. A single strike from you is not just a physical impact—it is an echo of the cosmos' birth, a remnant of the power that forged the stars.

Unlike beings trapped in the density of matter, your essence transcends the limits of physical space. You can move through solid objects as easily as a fish swims through water, allowing you to bypass barriers, escape confinement, and surprise your enemies from impossible angles.

You are a living specter from the dawn of the universe, a being that walks between planes without the need for doors or rituals. Where others see walls and cages, you see invisible paths—hidden trails that only those with the spark of creation can traverse.

- Level 1: From birth, you can move through solid objects as if you were ethereal or liquid. - You can enlarge or shrink to one size category using a bonus action. - You can absorb elements to increase your size and weight using an action, limited by your level:

 - Level 11: Increase your size up to 10 ft (Medium).
 - Level 14: Increase your size up to 20 ft (Large).
 - Level 20: Increase your size up to 40 ft (Huge) or 80 ft (Gargantuan).

- You can cast any elemental spell using spell slots as if you were a wizard. - You gain resistance to all types of elemental damage. - You do not need to breathe. - You can manipulate the elements within a range equal to your Constitution multiplied by your Constitution:

 - Small effects (extinguishing a candle, filling a glass, removing the air in an area, turning on a radio, etc.) initially.
 - Starting at level 11, you can control medium effects and the distance is doubled.
 - At level 14, the distance is tripled, allowing you to control large and huge effects.
 - At level 20, you can control the elements at any distance and produce giant-sized effects.

- Your modifier for melee or ranged elemental attacks and damage is your Constitution modifier plus your proficiency modifier, dealing 1d8 elemental damage of your choice (excluding force and psychic damage until level 11). - The DC for your elemental effects and spells is: 10 + Constitution modifier + proficiency modifier.

Racial Chromatic[edit]

- Level 3: You gain a number of reactions equal to your Constitution modifier, which you can use exclusively to activate a racial trait from another creature or race until the end of your next turn. - When activating this ability, you must choose the element that will grant that trait (except force and psychic). The CR (Race Class) of the creature to imitate must be equal to your level.

Elemental Manifestation[edit]

- Level 13: You gain the ability to create any type of element within a range in feet equal to your Constitution multiplied by your Constitution. - You become immune to any negative effect once per day. - Additionally, when you are reduced to 0 hit points, you recover 1 hit point a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier.

Essence[edit]

- Level 14: You become one with the universe, gaining the ability to know the origin and destiny of every element in the universe, as long as it is within your possession. - Additionally, at will, you gain passive advantage on all your actions a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier.

Absolute Elemental Dominion[edit]

- Level 17: You are immune to all types of elemental damage. - When you are hit by damage of a type to which you are immune, you can redirect the attack as a reaction, reflecting half of the damage back to the attacker.

Presence of the Big Bang: Supreme Being of the Cosmos[edit]

- Level 20: You gain immunity to magic, as you have left your mark on the existence of the universe and cannot be erased. - You gain the ability to manipulate reality at will, as if casting the Wish spell, a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier. - You cannot be affected by spells of level 9 or lower unless you allow it.
