Pollen Cloud. The air in a 30-foot radius around the pollinii is saturated with its pollen. The area is lightly obscured and any creature that starts its turn in the area or enters it makes a DC 12 Constitution saving throw unless they are holding their breath. On a failure, the creature takes 5 (2d4) poison damage, is poisoned until the end of their next turn, and must roll a d6 to determine one other effect to suffer until the end of their next turn. The effects are listed in the Allergy Symptom table below. A creature can suffer from multiple symptoms at once. Constructs, plants, and undead automatically succeed on the saving throw.
A moderate wind (at least 10 miles per hour) on the pollinii reduces Pollen Cloud's radius to 20 feet. A strong wind (at least 20 miles per hour) on the pollinii reduces Pollen Cloud's radius to 10 feet.

Regeneration. The pollinii regains 8 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point. If the pollinii takes fire damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the pollinii's next turn.

Verdant Nature. The pollinii doesn't need to eat, drink, sleep, or breathe. When it starts its turn in direct sunlight, the pollinii's Regeneration trait causes it to regain 4 additional hit points.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The pollinii makes two attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (3d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage and the target must make Pollen Cloud's saving throw.

Tendril. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 60 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage and if the target is Large or smaller, it is pulled up to 30 feet towards the pollini.

Tail Trip. The pollinii spins around, swiping its long tail along the ground. Each creature within 10 feet of the pollinii must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 5 (2d4) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. If a creature fails this saving throw by 5 or more, they must make Pollen Cloud's saving throw.

Powder Puff (Recharge 6). The pollinii exhales a massive quantity of its pollen as a defensive measure. The radius of the pollinii's Pollen Cloud is doubled and the area it covers is heavily obscured until the start of the pollinii's next turn. For the same duration, creatures inside the cloud have disadvantage on its saving throw.

REACTIONS

Purification. When the pollinii takes magical damage it has resistance to, it gains temporary hit point equal to double the damage taken and regains 4 hit points.

Semi-sentient plant beings created by druids to rebuild damaged ecosystems, a pollinii will wander about absorbing pollutants with its vines to process into nutrients and the pollen continuously being released out its neck folds. This dust doesn't actually produce more pollinii, but instead activates and speeds up the reproduction and growth cycles of plants exposed to it through their own pollination processes. Once the nature of its specified area is remodeled, the pollinii will either find an adjacent area in need of tending, seek out the nearest druid it can find for further instructions, or just stick around to act as a natural guardian.
Pollini are not hostile by nature but can end up in disputes with humanoids and other beings that seek to stymie their work through construction or cultivation, malicious druids coopting them as soldiers, or the pollinii's pollen causing severe allergies in most mortals exposed to it, sometimes to the point of physical harm in large doses. Even druids have to take precautions when working pollinii.
