Poisonhide Shifter (5e Subrace)

Shifter Subrace[edit]
Poisonhide shifters are anxious and evasive, typically tied with poisonous frogs, but can be related to any highly poisonous beasts. You may have moist skin with various brightly coloured patches across your body.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Toxic Knowledge. You have proficiency with the Medicine skill. If you are already proficient with this skill, you gain proficiency with another skill of your choice.
Shifting Feature. While shifted, whenever a creature makes a melee attack against you, they take poison damage equal to your proficiency bonus.
