The pouch looks like a regular sling bullet pouch and nothing out of the ordinary, however, when a bullet of any type or an item that can used as a bullet, (including a stone) is put into the pouch for an hour, it will turn everything else in the pouch into that type of bullet. If another type of sling ammo is added to the pouch, it will then change everything to that type. For instance: If the pouch is full of stones and a bullet of +1 is placed into the pouch and left for over an hour, every stone in the pouch will turn into a +1 bullet. However, it works the same the other way around. If a stone is placed into the pouch on top of +4 bullets, then all of the +4 bullets are going to be changed to stones after 1 hour. The pouch is always full of ammo of some type.
