Tiefling Subrace[edit]
Phenex is a great marquis of hell, ruling over 20 legions of demons. He is an excellent poet and socialite, with a childish birdsong voice that charms any. He appears like a phoenix, with true eyes on his peacock-like tail feathers.
Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Legacy of the Hellish Symphony. You know the earworm cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the thunderclap spell once. Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the enthrall spell once. You must finish a long rest to cast one of these spells again with this trait. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
Burning Melody. You have proficiency with the Performance skill. If you are already proficient with this skill, you gain proficiency with another skill of your choice.
