Dogma[edit]
Perandor is a dread necromancer and tainted scholar, relying on his magical powers to keep him in check. He commands his followers to reanimate a corpse once a month, or lose all their divine favor. However, he reduces the cost for animating corpses by 5 HD's worth of onyx gems.
Clergy and Temples[edit]
Perandor has hidden citadels all over the world, usually in secluded places. His clerics and dread necromancers usually cloak the area with spells of misdirection, so that no adventurers will seek them.
