Penetrating: Any time extra damage from precision damage would be ignored this weapon has a 50% chance to deal the extra damage. The Precision damage can come from sneak attack, skirmish, sudden strike, or critical hits. This ability does not allow you to deal ability damage, death attacks, or any effect other than extra hit point damage.
