Peafowl are beautiful jungle birds. The males have long, luxurious tailfeathers that are often kept as ornaments by some jungle races.
Combat:[edit]
Peafowl avoid combat, but males may attempt to frighten a foe by fanning out their lengthy plumes.
Skills:[edit]
In areas of thick foliage, peafowl receive a +4 racial bonus to Hide checks. Male peafowl receive a +2 racial bonus to Intimidate checks when attempting a threat display.
Notes:
1 A peafowl's beak is treated as a secondary weapon and adds only half the peafowl’s Strength bonus to the damage roll.
As Familiars[edit]
When used as a familiar, a peafowl give a +2 to charisma checks.
