Path of the Dervish (5e Subclass)
Path of the Dervish[edit]

Barbarian Path
Moving trough the battlefield, with steps that are both graceful and lethal, dervishes lead their opponents in combat like in a dance, according to their own rhythm. They enter in a trance like state, following the course dictated by instincts and the limits of their bodies, while carving through hordes of enemies with sharp blades.
- Dervish Mobility
Starting at 3rd level, while wearing light or no armor, your movement speed increases by 5 feet. This bonus to your movement increases to 10 feet at 7th level and to 15 feet at 15th level.
- Dervish Dance
Starting at 3rd level, when you are raging and wearing no armor or light armor, you can start a dervish dance. While you perform a dervish dance, you gain the following benefits:
- You can benefit from the Rage additional bonus and from the reckless attack feature when using your Dexterity modifier for your melee weapon attacks and damage rolls.
- When you engage in two-weapon fighting with weapons that deal slashing damage, you add your ability modifier to the damage of your bonus action attack.
- When you make an attack against a creature, that creature can't make an opportunity attack against you for the rest of your turn.
The dervish dance ends if you don't move on your turn and if you don't move at least 5 feet between each of your attacks. When moving during a Dervish Dance, you can't return to a space you just exited.
- Movement Mastery
At 6th level, when you roll a less then 10 on a Strength (Athletics) you make to jump, Dexterity (Acrobatics), Charisma (Performance) checks or Initiative rolls, you can choose a 10 instead.
- Elaborate Parry
Also at 10th level, when you take the Dodge action, your opponent roll one additional die of disadvantage.
In addition, when you start your turn, you can choose to not add your proficiency bonus to your attacks until the end of your turn, to add to your AC until the start of your next turn.
- Dance of Death
At 10th level, on your turn, when you score a critical hit with a melee weapon or reduce a creature to 0 hit points with one when performing your dervish dance, you can make one melee weapon attack as a reaction.
- A Thousand Cuts
When you reach the 14th level, you can unleash a flurry of blades onto your opponents. While in your Dervish Dance, you can make a number of additional attacks equal to your proficiency bonus when you take the Attack action.
You can use this feature once, and regain your use after finishing a long rest.
