Pandemonium Tiefling (5e Subrace)

Tiefling Subrace[edit]
You carry the legacy of the Windswept Depths of Pandemonium, a plane of hollow caverns filled with maddeningly loud winds. You most likely have a pallid appearance, lacking any colour to your features, and may also be unable to display emotions visually in any noticeable way.
Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Howling Resistance. You have resistance to psychic and thunder damage, and have advantage on saving throws made to avoid or end madness. (This trait replaces Hellish Resistance.)
Legacy of the Windswept Depths. You know the thunderclap cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the thunderwave spell once. Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the tasha's mind whip spell once. You must finish a long rest to cast one of these spells again with this trait. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
