Proficiency Bonus +3 Charge. If the pachyrhinosaurus moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a ram attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the pachyrhinosaurus can make one stomp attack against it as a bonus action. Sure-Footed. The pachyrhinosaurus has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws made against effects that would knock it prone. ACTIONSRam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage. Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Pachyrhinosaurus is the only ceratopsian that is exclusive to polar and sub-polar climates. These herbivores are unique amongst their ceratopsian brethren due to the lack of a nasal horn. While not the most social of ceratopsians, they form small herds of seven to twelve members for protection from predators such as gorgosaurus. |
