Personality[edit]
There are many rumors about oracles some say they were sent by the gods to foretell what is to come,others think they are just senile old fools, but the truth is unknown even to them. Oracles have no memory of any sort of childhood most remember waking up in a random place already ancient and with an uncanny knack for seeing the future in small bits. Oracles never die, at least not from old age, they live on for ages in their decrepit bodies unsure of why they exist some will lock themselves away and either sleep until they feel it's their time to wake again or try to find their pasts. Most oracles are very clever and wise despite how old they look their senses are keen. Not all oracles embrace their gift some hide it and feel interfering is against the natural order some use it for profit and others just for survival. Not only can oracles see the future but they are good at gleaning pieces of the past as well they are adept at reading people and their subtle body language and vocal cues. EX.player asks if there is anything distinctive about the person DM says a scar over his eye player gleans to see the past of how he got it ect. Although some are blind they still seem to be able to see somehow, this could be due to some extra sense. Extra game related things: the DM can choose to incorporate the oracles abilities into roll play to enhance game experience. EX. telling that player bits of story info randomly as flashes of the future or past to move the story forward or just for flavor, the player can choose to share or keep this info to his or her self...ect.
Physical Description[edit]
Since an oracle can manifest as most sentient race they can look like a large variety of things but the one thing the all have in common is they all look very old almost undead
Relations[edit]
Most can easily fit into society as just an older version of the race they look like but it really depends on how others react if they choose to reveal their talents. (DM discretion)EX. sometimes they will be seen as a god/holy savior/revered shaman...others may think they are crazy/abomination
Alignment[edit]
Any really most id see as good natured and helpful but i could also see them using their gifts for personal gain/power/evil

Same as physical description this is linked to what race they manifested as.
Religion[edit]
Some say they have a link to the gods but again i believe it would correlate to what race they manifest as/society they awaken in.

Racial Traits[edit]
- +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, +2 Wisdom, -2 Strength, -2 Constitution, -2 Charisma : Although they have the gift of unmatched wits,fast reflexes,and precognition their bodies are disturbingly old.
- +2 to any skill having to do with talking to other people/animals(Bluff,Diplomacy,Gather Information,Handle Animal,Intimidate,Sense Motive) : Because oracles can sense body/vocal cues and read people they can better interact with others.
- Any Humanoid race: See above descriptions
- Same size as race: corresponding size related bonuses
- Same base movement speed as race
- Sixth Sense: Gives player a surprise round at the beginning of combat to react before everyone else (oracles are never caught off guard)
- Glean: Once per day for now i may raise it to more like three times per day— The save DC is = to the players Sense Motive check, Gather Information check or Concentration check and is opposed by the enemy Will save, Concentration check, or maybe Bluff check i haven't decided what is most balanced yet or possibly different save for different circumstances. This spell allows the player to read the current thoughts of the target or if there is a specific focus such as scar, limp, jewelry or even just bloody or ripped clothes ect u can glean the past. EX. a suspicious person wants your party to meet him in a remote location to tell you information that may be of use to your party glean him to try to see if he is planning to ambush you or if hes legit but the DM doesn't have to tell the player they succeeded or not so he really could have just been thinking about what hes going to eat for dinner that night as a background thought and you caught that instead of what u were going for.(DM discretion of how much or little this spell like will actually tell the player could be as little as "you feel uneasy or untrusting" but definitely has lots of fun fluff options to take advantage of if your DM wants to make it more effective)
- Automatic Languages: Same as race. Bonus Languages: Same as race.
- Favored Class: Cleric,Wizard,sometimes Rogue.
