Opportunistic Hook-Slinger [Racial]

Opportunity attack with a hook when missed by a melee attack

Prerequisite: Kor, Dex 15

Benefit: Once per round, when an enemy misses you with a melee attack, you may make an opportunity attack against that creature.

Special: You must be wielding a hook to make the opportunity attack.
