ACTIONS

Psychic Slam. Melee Spell Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d6) psychic damage.

Harmonic Resonance (Recharge 5-6). The ooferthree unleashes a reverberating wave of humiliation. Each creature of the ooferthree's choice within 30 feet of them must succeed on a DC 14 Charisma saving throw or take 14 (4d6) psychic damage and be incapacitated with uncontrollable cringing until the end of its next turn.

REACTIONS

Oof Feedback. When a creature within 30 feet of the ooferthree misses an attack or fails a check or saving throw, the ooferthree moves up to their speed toward the target, ignoring difficult terrain but not obstacles and exclaims "OOOOOOF!" in unison.
If the target can hear the ooferthree, they must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they take 2d4 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll or ability check they make before the end of their next turn.

The ooferthree are mischievous elemental beings that have an uncanny reaction to failure. They are not cruel nor do they derive pleasure from others' misfortunes, but their very presence seems to trigger an automatic response: a loud, synchronized "Oof!" whenever something goes wrong within their vicinity. These creatures are often seen in areas of high tension or where mistakes are common, though they do not actively seek out these moments. Instead, they react instinctively to any failure they witness, regardless of the circumstances. They are often mistaken for harmless floating rocks, but their presence is always felt when things go wrong.
Their constant "Oofs" are like a natural force—like the whoosh of wind or the crash of waves. They don't delight in the failures they witness, nor do they seek out the awkward moments that prompt their famous "Oof." They simply react to any and all failures in their vicinity with an overwhelming, rhythmic chorus of "Oof!"—a reflexive exclamation, like the universe's way of acknowledging the inevitable mistakes of mortal existence.
Their behavior is oddly soothing in its absurdity. Even the most serious of moments are briefly interrupted by the harmless, almost comical "Oof!" Their constant presence reminds adventurers that no matter how grand the stakes or how carefully laid the plans, mistakes will happen. And when they do, the ooferthree will be there, floating by with their unhelpful but oddly comforting sound.
Despite their seemingly frivolous behavior, the ooferthree have an uncanny ability to disrupt even the most powerful foes. Their presence can throw off a creature's concentration and cause them to second-guess their every move. This unintentional but effective interference has earned the ooferthree a reputation as unpredictable, often unintentionally throwing the most carefully laid plans into disarray.

Elemental Nature. An ooferthree doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
