Ocular Blast (3.5e Invocation)
From D&D Wiki
Least; 3rd; Blast Shape |
Instead of using a standard eldritch blast, you may unleash an ocular blast. An ocular blast deals damage identical to an eldritch blast except that it explodes from your eye sockets rather than your hands, thus removing the need for a somatic component. It also does so in a line out to the normal range, allowing for a Reflex saving throw (DC 10 + ½ your effective caster level + your Charisma modifier) to every target in the line, and eliminates the need for a ranged touch attack.
Unfortunately, channeling an eldritch blast this way is taxing, causing you to suffer 1 point of Constitution damage each time it is performed, and there is a 20% chance that you are blinded until the start of your next turn.
