From D&D Wiki
Large monstrosity, lawful evil
Armor Class 15 (natural armour)
Skills Perception +4, Stealth +4
Amphibious. The octohulk can breathe air and water.
Octopus Telepathy. The octohulk can magically command any octopus within 120 feet of it, using a limited telepathy.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the octohulk has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Underwater Camouflage. The octohulk has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made while underwater.
Multiattack. The octohulk makes three attacks: one with its bite, one with its claws, and one with its tentacles.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) slashing damage.
Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the octohulk can't use its tentacles on another target.
Ink Cloud (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). A 20-foot-radius cloud of ink extends all around the octohulk if it is underwater. The area is heavily obscured for 1 minute, although a significant current can disperse the ink. After releasing the ink, the octohulk can use the Dash action as a bonus action.
Octohulks are brawny brutes that lurk in the depths of the ocean, fearing the sun's touch and plotting their eventual domination of the oceans. They worship devils and battle alongside them whenever they can.
Transformed Octofolk. Legends state that the first octohulks were octofolk that worshipped devils and warred against their kin. When they were defeated, they were cast into the deepest depths of the oceans, where after centuries of wandering, they unknowingly discovered a portal to the Nine Hells and travelled through it. There, over centuries, they were warped by infernal evil into the first octohulks.
Oceanic Brutes. The touch of the Nine Hells is evident in every octohulk, and they can be found on all of its layers, though most infest the oceans of the world, where they further the malevolent ends of Asmodeus. Cephalopods become unusually aggressive when octohulks are present in an area, and a group of octohulks usually keeps one or more giant octopuses trained as war beasts.
