Oath of the Administrator (5e Subclass)
From D&D Wiki
Oath of the Administrator[edit]
Paladins of the Oath of the Administrator are some of the most powerful, and the most feared, creatures of the entire universe, and for good reason. From their deity, Green Dragon, they are granted with unfathomable powers, including the ability to wipe a creature from existence at the snap of their fingers. What adds to their mysterious and frightening persona is their numbers, as only the most righteous and good-willed creatures are able to take the oath.
Taking the Oath[edit]
Paladins of this Oath don't simply take the oath and be done with it. They must prove themselves worthy first. The first step in a potential candidate's journey is their voting campaign. In a surprisingly democratic fashion, the entire universe and all creatures that reside in it must vote to either approve or deny the candidate from taking the Oath. After decades of waiting and debating, if the heavenly Green Dragon views the polls as favorable for the candidate, they will be granted access to the S.S. Adminship, a stunning mithril and diamond-plated steamboat that takes the candidate on a journey to an unknown land. Not a single person except the administrators themselves know where the ship will lead them. When they return, they have become enlightened, seeing all that is unjust in the world of D&D Wiki. They become nearly autonomous in their work, editing diligently and efficiently to wipe vandalism and spam off the face of the universe.
Tenets of the Administrator[edit]
Paladins of the Oath of the Administrator abide by the following tenets. Note that these are written in Adminian, the sacred language that only those that take the Oath can transcribe:
Incomplete. This really needs to be fleshed out because as of right now it lacks any substantial Fluff. While it can be regarded by some as useless information it has a significant impact on how your content is used by players.
Needs Balance. Stronger than any first party race and uses incomplete and incorrect wording throughout. The traits need to be mechanically worded correctly as they are often vague or written like casual conversation. (list issues). Overall poorly executed and needs a rework both from a mechanic and lore perspective to better integrate with the first party content.
Wording. A number of spelling/grammatical/capitalization/italicization errors throughout. Missing references in several places. Remember the wiki uses the American English over British.
Wikify. The preload is missing or incorrectly used on this page. As seen here 5e Race Preload. The Alraune (5e Race) page is a prime example of how a page should look formatting wise.
Oath of the Administrator Features[edit]
Administrative Privileges[edit]
When you take this Oath at the 3rd Level, your Charisma ability score increases by 4, and your maximum for this ability score becomes 24. In addition, you can use an action to teleport to a free space adjacent to any creature that you can see.
Channel Divinity: Maintenance Template[edit]
Also at the 3rd Level, you gain the following channel divinity options. You must be able to touch the targeted creature in order to use these options. You can use them a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, afterwards you're too tired to edit any more pages so you have to take a long rest before using them again.
Incomplete. You have concluded that the targeted creature lacks any substantial Fluff. While it can be regarded by some as useless information it has a significant impact on you. As a bonus action, you can permanently alter the personality, feelings, opinions, and backstory of the targeted creature in any way that you please. The targeted creature is always affected by this feature, regardless of any condition immunities, traits, or spells it has in effect.
Needs Balance. You have decided that the targeted creature is stronger than any first party race and uses incomplete and incorrect wording throughout. Their traits need to be mechanically worded correctly as they are often vague or written like casual conversation. (list issues). You also think that they are overall poorly executed and need a rework both from a mechanic and lore perspective. As a bonus action, you can remove any number and combination of actions, legendary actions, lair actions, traits, damage resistances, damage immunities, condition immunities, or reactions that the targeted creature has. Anything removed by this Channel Divinity cannot be used by the targeted creature indefinitely, and the creature cannot regain use of these features, regardless of any spell used on the creature.
Wording. You have inferred that the targeted creature is making a number of spelling/grammatical/capitalization/italicization errors throughout. As a bonus action, you can change the number of languages and which specific languages the targeted creature is capable of speaking in. The targeted creature is always affected by this feature, regardless of any condition immunities, traits, or spells it has in effect.
Wikify. You believe that the targeted creature's preload is missing or incorrectly used on this page. As a bonus action, you can permanently transform the targeted creature into an alraune, as it is a prime example of how a page should look formatting wise. The targeted creature is always affected by this feature, regardless of any condition immunities, traits, or spells it has in effect.
Edit = Allow Only Administrators[edit]
At the 7th Level, you have learned how to alter the very souls of any creature you desire. You can use an action to force a creature that you touch to follow your every command. They must ask for your permission to take any conscious or unconscious action, including breathing, eating, drinking, and any other action that they would possibly do. You can use a free action to end this effect at any time. The targeted creature is always affected by this feature, regardless of any condition immunities, traits, or spells it has in effect. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, afterwards you're too tired to edit any more pages so you have to take a long rest before using it again.
Deleted Page[edit]
At the 15th level, you have now learned how to delete anything that is troublesome or goes against the prosperity of D&D Wiki. You can use an action to touch a creature. The targeted creature is immediately erased from existence. It ceases to exist immediately. Additionally, all spells, magical effects, and physical damages that it caused are negated and reversed. The targeted creature is always affected by this feature, regardless of any condition immunities, traits, or spells it has in effect. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, afterwards you're too tired to edit any more pages so you have to take a long rest before using it again.
Block User[edit]
Finally at the 20th level, you can rewrite the structure of the entire universe. You can use an action to touch a creature or a deity. If the target is a creature, they are immediately erased from existence along with every member of their race or species. If the target is a deity, they are immediately erased from existence and you gain that deity's powers and magical capabilities. The target(s) ceases to exist immediately. Additionally, all spells, magical effects, and physical damages that they caused are negated and reversed. Creatures and deities that you target with this feature are always affected by this feature, regardless of any condition immunities, traits, powers, or spells it has in effect. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, afterwards you're too tired to edit any more pages so you have to take a long rest before using it again.
