Numbed (3.5e Condition)
From D&D Wiki
Numbed[edit]
A state in which a creature's motor functions are heavily impaired, and their body responds very badly to muscle commands. A numbed creature is effectively slowed, but takes a -4 penalty to AC, all attack rolls, and skill checks based on physical ability scores, instead of the usual -1.
