Nobodies look like regular humans, with the same variance in possible builds, hair colors, eye colors, and height. Nobodies are known to look rather dashingly different sometimes since they have exotic hair colors and styles. People would notice they seem familiar maybe, especially if they knew them before they became a nobody. They often have empty, clear eyes that reflect nothing even if they make expressions.

Former Somebodies[edit]

It is well-known that when a person's soul, or "Heart," is extracted from their bodies, the process turns the sundered Heart into a heartless, a being of darkness. The process leaves the residual body and animus as a byproduct, which is malformed into a hollow and emotionless being known as a nobody. They have existed long before as a result of a man's twisted experiments which ripped many from their rightful bodies and hearts. Nobodies have no personality or genuine emotions to speak of, but unlike their primal heartless twin, they carry some sort of intellectual thought behind their actions. The main goal of most nobodies is to become real people who have a Heart of their own, to become whole once more, and to cease being a nobody.

Society[edit]

Nobodies typically act as they did when they had their Hearts, in an attempt to emulate emotions. They may not always remember, however, all they were prior they are becoming a nobody. Often, nobodies seek out the company of other nobodies, as their lack of emotions causes them to not fit as well with those they previously lived with. If or when nobodies congregate, they seldom do so in groups larger than 15 or so. Often, these are special nobodies that can control premature or lesser nobodies that are less humanoid and often resemble heartless.

In these circles, called organizations, the nobodies are regarded mainly as equals. They are assigned numbers that do not indicate anything of hierarchical importance, but rather a convenient system to organize by, with number 1 usually being the founder. Nobodies are known to inhabit a place called The Castle No One Remembers, from which they fan out to complete tasks for the organization. Each of these sophisticated nobodies is attuned to a unique weapon which is their trademark in battle. They gain these unique weapons as a sign of their induction into the organization.

Nobody Names[edit]

As part of their new identity as a nobody, they will typically give themselves a new name composed of an anagram of their original name with an X thrown in.

Male: Axel, Xalgon, Vexen

Female: Larxene, Exclia, Xion

Nobody Racial Traits[edit]

Nobodies are humanoids who have lost their Heart through abnormal means.

Age. Nobodies undergo an odd process when they come into being, making them unable to age past when they became a nobody.
Alignment. New nobodies have the potential to hold any alignment, but the vast majority eventually tend towards chaotic neutral alignments.
Size. Nobodies typically are the size and shape of humans. Your size is Medium.

Emotionless. Since nobodies lack emotion, they are exceptionally difficult to scare or sway in affection. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
Nobody Weapon. Nobodies often have a specified weapon of choice. You may spend an hour attuning a weapon with your power. You become proficient in that specific weapon. In so long as the weapon is within 30 feet of you, you may summon it to your hand with a bonus action. The weapon cannot be two-handed. You may not use this trait on another weapon unless the one you previously attuned to is destroyed.
Poker Face. You have a very bland face, which can help you hide your intentions. However, it also speaks volumes about your own inability to read emotions and distinguish lies. You are proficient in the Deception skill but you have disadvantage on (Wisdom) Insight checks to discern a creature's emotions.
Languages. You can read, write and speak Common and one other language of your choice.
