A colossal, wormlike monster from the depths of the earth, the neothelid is a close relative of the illithids, but grows to over 100 feet long and possesses deadly psychic powers. Worshipped and served by many lesser creatures, neothelids once ruled over vast empires, although now many no longer remember them. |
