Originally created by the Necromancer Nezetic the Palewalker, it was generated to bolster a Necromancer's offensive capabilities. A cone of razor sharp bone fragments shoots from the castor's fingertips. Any creature, (excluding undead), take 1d4 points of slashing/piercing damage per caster level, (maximum of 5d4). Necromancer's Arc shoots out the shards in a 45 degree arc with a 30 foot range. Any undead caught within the cone effect do not take damage, the fragments turn to dust upon impact. The bone fragment used as the material component is consumed in the casting; the fragments created by the spell turn to dust the following round.
If a bone fragment from an undead creature, (such as a vampire, ghast, ghoul, etc) is used, the material component is not consumed.
Material Component: Fragment of bone.
