Multi Strike (3.5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Multi Strike [Monstrous Feat]
Your hard training and practice prepare you to attack quickly and efficiently using all your limbs.
Prerequisite: Multiweapon Fighting, Improved Multiweapon Fighting, Dual Strike, Dex 21, Three or more arms
Benefit: During your standard action on your turn, you can make a melee attack with your primary weapon and all your off-hands weapons that you have the ability to use in combat. All attacks use a single attack roll for each base attack bonus to determine success. You still have the penalty for attacking simultaneously with more limbs in addition to your primary weapon. If you are using a light or one-handed weapon in your primary hand as well as in your additional limbs, you receive a -4 penalty on this attack roll; otherwise, you receive a -10 penalty. Each weapon deals its normal damage. Damage reduction and other resistances apply separately to each weapon attack.
Normal: Without this feat, you cannot make an attack with more limbs in addition to your primary weapon and your off-hand weapon simultaneously.
Special: When you make this attack, you apply precision- based damage (such as from sneak attack) only once. If you score a critical hit, only the weapon in your primary hand deals extra critical hit damage; your offhand weapon deals regular damage.
