Moloch Soul (5e Subrace)

Moloch, former archdevil of the Nine Hells, was exiled by Asmodeus for inciting rebellion. As he bides his time, awaiting the chance to seize back Malbolge, he has numerous plans in motion, many of which involve giving information to mortals about the Nine Hells. Sometimes, this is to ensure adventurers would stir trouble with the current hierarchy. Other times, he requires materials to enact his dastardly plans. These materials range in definition, from material wealth, to favors that include the contractors soul and even progeny. Moloch was aware of the variability of fiend and human mating, but he did not care. He wanted to have that same power as the other devils, so he infected many a human bloodline with his own so as to spawn tieflings of his seed.
Tieflings linked to Moloch are strong, as Moloch was a very physical being, famous for his use of the multi-headed whip. They have horns made of hard black chitin and their skin is always red.
Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 1.
Infernal Constitution. You have advantage in saving throws against the effects of Extreme Heat.
Moloch's Legacy. You know the control flames cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the alter self spell once as a 2nd-level spell. Once you reach 5th level, you can also cast the stinking cloud spell once, as a 3rd-level spell. You must finish a long rest to cast these spells again with this trait. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
