Mimic Changeling[edit]

The guards sprint after the Dragonborn, yelling for her to stop as she runs into a small house. The guards kick the door open and shock a Halfling, sitting at his one small chair at his one small table. As they rush through the room and push the Halfling down in their hurry they open the back door, finding the alley behind empty. Confused, they turn around to question the Halfling to find him missing. They glance around the room, only seeing two chairs and a table, and rush out the front to chase the now two suspects. After a minute the second chair melts and forms into a smiling Human girl, chuckling as she skips out of the house and down the road.

Physical Description[edit]

You were born an amorphous blob which then changed into the shape of one parent, then the other. Over your 10 years of maturing, you shape your True Form. Normally, this turns Since this is typically the source of hatred and scorn (as well as assassination attempts) you tend to never . Whether it's a lizardman, a dog, a chair, or an instrument, you seamlessly shift into its form. You cannot turn partly into a being and partly into an object, however. It is incredibly difficult for others to discern the differences, but not impossible.

History[edit]

There isn't much history written around these strange beings, for even when they did happen to exist they are rarely ever found. All that is known by the majority of beings is that Mimics and Changelings have been around for eons, and this amalgamation is the merging of those two ancient species.

Attitudes and Beliefs[edit]

As there are no real societies of Mimic Changelings, they have no original culture or communities. Most of their beliefs and how they are raised comes from the societies their parents lived in throughout their lives, making every Mimic Changeling extremely diverse and unique.

Mimic Changeling Names[edit]

As Mimics do not have a sex and Changelings may be either or neither, your name would be influenced by whatever culture(s) your Changeling parent normally took form of.
