Elluel bowmasters are elvish warriors from the realm of Elluel in the maple world. These elfs are great marksman, specially skilled in the use of magical crossbows, marvelous weapons capable of creating ammunition of pure magical energy. They engage in combat dual wielding these crossbows, unleashing an arcane barrage upon their enemies. The elven queen Mercedes is an example of a great master in this style.
- Conclave Spells
Also at 3rd level, you learn an additional spell of 1st level or higher when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Elluel Bowmaster Spells table. Each spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of ranger spells you know.
Ranger Level | Spells |
---|---|
3rd | zephyr strike |
5th | misty step |
9th | fly |
13th | freedom of movement |
17th | swift quiver |
- Arcane Bolts
At 3rd level, you are able to conjure arrows made of pure arcane energy. When you make a ranged weapon attack with a crossbow, you can choose to ignore the ammunition property to fire these arcane bolts. This attack causes radiant damage on a hit, rather than piercing.
- Dual Bowgun Mastery
Starting at 3rd level when you choose this conclave, you master the art of combat with a pair of crossbows. When wielding a hand crossbow in each hand, when you make an attack with one of them as part of the Attack action, you can make an attack with the other using your bonus action.
- Elven Grace
At 7th level, you gain proficiency in Acrobatics and Persuasion. If you already have proficiency in these skills, your proficiency bonus is doubled in checks with them.
In addition, your movement speed is also increased by 10 feet.
- Wrath of Enlil
At 11th level, you can unleash Enlil’s wrath upon your enemies. As an Action, you can make an attack with a crossbow against each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you.
- Water Shield
At 15th level, you can borrow the power of the spirits to form a barrier of water around yourself. When you are hit by an attack, you can add your Wisdom modifier to your AC, potentially turning that hit into a miss. If the attack hits anyway, you halve its damage.
