Major manipulation of the memory of a target.
As part of casting this spell, the caster must touch the intended target. If they fail a Will save, they are subjected to a complete reconstruction of their memories. The caster may create, modify, or remove memories as they see fit; and may view any amount of the target's memory, to allow them to decide what memories to modify. This effect happens instantly, regardless of the size of the manipulation taking place. The caster may choose to make the manipulation extremely painful and harmful; dealing 1d6 point of nonlethal damage per caster level and 1 point of Intelligence burn.
A much more extreme version of this spell can be done to a helpless target, replicating the effect of Winds of Memory. Using Memory Manipulation this way requires a 10 minute casting time per point of CR of the targeted creature.
