Melancholic Exchange[edit]

By spending 5 ki points, as a standard action, you create an aura of grieving, while you talk with disembodied voices. Anyone hearing you must make a Will save or suffer a -3 to Dexterity and Charisma checks. Spending additional points increases the penalties by 1 for every 2 points spent, up to a -6. Anyone who fails the save also suffers cold damage equal to your Charisma modifier.

By spending 10 points instead of 5 when using this technique those who fail the save are also subjected to the slow spell.

These effects lasts as long as you concentrate (but not longer than 5 rounds) with Perform(sing) or Perform(recitation) checks equal to the save DC and 1 round after you stop (a maximum of 6 rounds). You must take standard action to keep the technique active.

This counts as a supernatural ability.
