Dogma[edit]
Encourages unpredictability, so he prefers chaotic neutral or chaotic evil, and does not tolerate lawfullness. He also encourages defending the ocean by any means necessary, prefferably violent ones. He endorses gambling and games of chance, and does not permit his followers to become affiliated with good or lawful conduct. Most of his folloers are duelists, clerics, and warriors or fighters with a few blackguards and assassins thrown in for good measure.
Clergy and Temples[edit]
His clerics wear washed-out blue robes, and they always seem to be half-asleep. All of his clerics must be mariners, either former or active. There are no official temples, just areas of worship, set adrift on huge rafts. On these rafts, there is a vast community of clerics, who provide safe haven for any type of sailor who converts to their religion. Crime runs high in these aforementioned communities, as there is no formal law enforcement.
