Tiefling Subrace[edit]
Malcanthet is known as Queen of the Succubi, a title she has fought ruthlessly to hold from the most powerful succubi. Tieflings tied to Malcanthet carry some of her supernatural charm, and some fewer even hold the ability to change their forms like a succubus or incubus.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Abyssal Resistance. You gain resistance to acid damage. (This trait replaces Hellish Resistance.)
Charming Appearance. You have proficiency with the Persuasion skill. If you are already proficient with this skill, you gain proficiency with another skill of your choice.
Legacy of Shendilavri. You know the friends cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the charm person spell once. Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the alter self spell once. You must finish a long rest to cast one of these spells again with this trait. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
